Arthur Lydiard trained and RRCA Certified Coach, Glenn McCarthy supervises track workouts and develops training programs for both groups, all comers are welcome. There is no cost. 6:00 p.m. Tuesdays in Littleton, 6:00 p.m. Wednesdays in Northglenn. Workouts are held between April (after daylight savings) and mid-August. During the remainder of the year monthly group run/potlucks are hosted by group members.
