This group of runners
meet every Sunday (and Thursdays during the Summer) for trail runs
on and around Pikes Peak. These are training runs not social runs

Arthur Lydiard trained and RRCA Certified Coach, Glenn McCarthy supervises
track workouts and develops training programs for both groups, all
comers are welcome. There is no cost. 6:00 p.m. Tuesdays in Littleton,
6:00 p.m. Wednesdays in Northglenn. Workouts are held between April
(after daylight savings) and mid-August. During the remainder of the
year monthly group run/potlucks are hosted by group members.
